Direct shipping

Products requiring minimal installation, designed to be installed and removed from the vehicle at the owner’s convenience, are considered “do-it-yourself” products. Direct shipping accessories are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

o Examples of accessories with direct shipping are:

• Charging adapters
• Car covers
• All-weather interior kits
• Sun visors
• Roof racks
• Hitching racks
• Spoilers
• Center console wraps

Shipping time:

For accessories that are in stock, orders are usually processed within the next business day. Although we strive to ship orders within 24 hours, order volume and product availability may affect longer lead times. Please see the shipping and ordering time table below for more details.

Please note:
– Large shipments, wheel and tire packages may have extended lead times.

– Due to order size and product availability, some items may have quantity limitations on what can be ordered. For example, a maximum of five Wall Connector Wall Connectors can be purchased during a single order.

Installation of accessories

Accessories designed for easy installation and removal in the vehicle do not require a visit to the Service Center. However, if technical assistance is needed for these or other genuine Tesla accessories, please contact us – [email protected]. If further assistance is deemed necessary, a service appointment will be made.

Order Cancellation or Withdrawal:

Requests to cancel or withdraw an order can be sent via email to: [email protected].

To ensure accurate processing of the request in the shortest possible time, please provide the following information:

• Customer’s name and email address associated with the order
• Order number
• Item description
• Quantity to be canceled
• Optional: Reason for cancellation (used to determine eligibility through the right of withdrawal or return policy).

Please note, orders can be canceled free of charge until they hit the internal process. If the goods are already in the internal process, the customer will bear the direct cost of returning the goods if they wish to cancel the order; please refer to the return shipping rate table below.

Returning Tesla accessories:

To ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, they have a 14-day period to return goods. There are some basic rules for product returns, please find them summarized below:

Returns – “self installation” accessories (all except Wall Connector):

• Only items purchased directly from our store are eligible for return.
• Return requests must be sent within 14 calendar days of delivery of the product (according to tracking information).
• Return requests can be sent to [email protected]
• We respond to return requests within five business days. If approved, the customer will receive a shipping label.
  The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of the customer receiving the return shipping label, at which point the shipping label becomes invalid.
• The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges, except when the item is returned due to warranty conditions. See the return shipping rate table below.
  o Shipping costs are deducted from the refund for the customer. Customers should handle and inspect the product with due care. We may deduct from the refund any diminution in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what was necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function.

• Once the return label has been affixed, customers can post the returned product(s) at courier parcel points or, in many cases, arrange for pickup by courier.
• Returns are transferred to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Returns – Wall Connector:

• Wall Connector can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product (according to tracking information).
• Only items purchased directly from our store are eligible for return.
• If the returned product is used or damaged, we may deduct the reduced value of the product from the return amount.
• Return inquiries should be directed to [email protected]
• Return inquiries will be responded to within five business days of contact.
• Upon approval, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  o The item must be returned within 7 calendar days or the shipping label (and return eligibility) will expire.
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with all other types of returns. See the return shipping rate table below.
  o Shipping costs are deducted from the refund to the customer.
• Once the return label has been affixed, customers may ship the returned product(s) to courier parcel service locations or in many cases arrange for pickup by courier.
• Returns are credited to the original payment method used when placing the order.
  o We reserve the right to deduct visa/mastercard transaction fees and “restocking” fees up to 10% of the value of the returned products.

Accessories not eligible for return:

• Products with damaged packaging or incomplete sets
• Open paint touch-up paint

  For all products in the store, the possibility of return is available only to consumers and does not include purchases made for a company (enterprises).

Size A (Clothing, lifestyle products, small car accessories – e.g. cabin filters, mobile connector adapter): 22 euros

Size B (Medium-sized car accessories – e.g., splash pads, wiper blades, sun visors): 26 euros

Size C ( Large size car accessories – e.g. Wall Connector, set of floor mats): 40 euros

Pricing errors

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to continue the transaction at the correct price or cancel the order at no cost.

Statutory Warranty

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms and conditions will modify, affect or supersede any statutory warranty rights you will have as a consumer under applicable law.

Intra-Community supply of goods

Purchasers of goods with an active identification number for intra-Community transactions inside the European Union on the date of fiscalization will receive a VAT invoice on the basis of the quoted net price, in accordance with Article 194 of VAT Directive 2006/112/EC. If the company does not have an EU VAT ID, VAT will be settled by the buyer of the goods, in accordance with Article 28(1) of the VAT law.
