We deliver apparel, lifestyle products, charging stations, car parts and most accessories directly to you. Purchases above 100 euro or the equivalent are free of shipping charges.

The charging stations require installation by a licensed electrician and are shipped directly to your shipping address. This allows you to receive your charging station as soon as possible and arrange installation with your preferred electrician.
Our goal is to make charging at home with a Tesla charging station run smoothly. If charging is not working properly, follow these simple tips first:
- To troubleshoot, always read the troubleshooting guide in the Installation Guide first.
- If your electrician is present and encountering problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us. A dedicated team of technical experts is available to assist you on weekdays (Mon – Fri) during office hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
The vehicle’s date of manufacture can be found on the identification plate on the driver-side door pillar. This identification plate is visible when the door is open.
